 If you are using Interface EDI and have a high speed internet connection, remember to turn on the auto-updates feature (found on updates screen of program). This will ensure you have the most recent version of the program with the most up-to-date fixes which means less rejections for you.

 Under the Insurance Company setup, the check box for &quot;delay secondary billing&quot; must be checked if you don&apos;t want this billing to print until you are paid on the primary insurance.  However, you must apply a payment in billing (even if $0.00) for the primary insurance for this secondary to print.
